First Call for Shared Task Proposals (GermEval)
KONVENS 2026 — Conference on Natural Language Processing

We cordially invite proposals for the GermEval Shared Task 2026 co-located with KONVENS 2026 in Hamburg, Germany (September 14-17) . GermEval is a series of shared task evaluation campaigns that focus on Natural Language Processing for the German language and has been running since 2014, traditionally co-located with KONVENS. Join us in Germany’s most vibrant northern city and help shape the scientific exchange on natural language processing, computational linguistics, and related areas!

Submission guidelines
For GermEval, proposals are invited for any shared task involving natural language processing in the context of the German language. For a detailed questionnaire to be submitted please see: https://gscl.org/germeval
To submit, please send your proposal in a single PDF by email to info.konvens2026@gscl.org no later than October 30, 2025. Notification of acceptance will be sent by November 15, 2025.
Organizers of accepted workshops are responsible for publicity, review process, and producing the camera-ready workshop proceedings.
